Story behind the book...

Hello!

As a creative person, with a desire to write a book. During the Covid-19 lock down I knew it was time to write my first book. I took a course and was certified as an Authorpreneur, yes!

I began to write about my experience working in the court and corrections in the criminal justice field. Then I thought why not go deeper into how to prepare the reader for everyday life as a woman around authoritarians, defendants, the community, and her (a woman's) state of mind.

​

With a Paralegal degree from The University of Akron, which led to hands-on experience in the field of court and corrections. I used creativity and my experience to successfully write and self-publish "Confidence, Lipstick and Criminal Justice".
