Women around the world either have issue with Fibroids and some do not. I did not have any problems until my mid -30s.
Summer of 2020: The doctor stated the main reason for my pain was multiple fibroids. Exceptionally large fibroid caused my uterus to be enlarged. Causing continuous nausea, pain to walk, sit, bend over, significant pain when climb numerous stairs. Every day was flustering.
March 2022: The ER OB/GYN informed me my fibroids are/have degenerated. (Read more about Fibroid degeneration)
My understanding for me that the fibroid gets so big, and it can only sustain its blood flow for so long and so it outgrew its blood supply. It shrinks/dies off and it is a very painful process. Fibroids can grow back since it is hormone sensitive. One of my fibroids "was” 9 centimeter and that is as big as a newborn head.
What foods did I avoid?
Foods that feed fibroids. So, I wanted to starve my fibroids, make them shrink and give my body freedom again.
Foods that make fibroids grow:
1.) Dairy products/RBST (2) Soy /Tofu (3) Processed Foods/fast food (4) Fast Food (5) Non wheat foods (6) Starches (7) Sugar
**Cooked my food in copper and ceramic
pots/pans.
